About Z Pullz

Z Pullz is a sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game retailer operated by ZTRADEZ, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa, Florida. We sell factory-sealed trading card products — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster bundles and collection boxes — sourced through authorized distribution and retail channels.

Every item we list is sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not open, weigh, search or resell repackaged product. Alongside the storefront we publish a public release calendar and market-price reference so collectors can value their own collections.

Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat rate shown on each listing and charged once per order — if you buy multiple items that ship together, you pay the single highest rate, not one per item.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within one business day of payment clearing.
• Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days from the date you order, including handling.
• Every order ships with tracking, emailed to you when the label is created.
• Sealed boxes are packed with rigid protection and fill so corners and edges arrive intact.
• Risk of loss passes to the carrier on dispatch; we will open and pursue a carrier claim on your behalf for anything lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided the manufacturer's seal is unbroken and the product is in the condition it was sent.

• Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return reference.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what was ordered — in those cases we cover return shipping and refund in full.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving and being inspected.
• Opened product cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken the contents are no longer verifiable and the item is not resaleable.
• We do not accept returns based on the cards pulled from a product. Pack contents are random by design and outcomes are not a defect.

Authenticity Guarantee

Everything we sell is genuine product in unopened manufacturer packaging, acquired through authorized distribution and retail sources. We do not sell resealed, reweighed, searched or counterfeit product.

If any item you buy from us is shown not to be authentic factory-sealed product, return it and we will refund the full purchase price and all shipping in both directions.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil an order: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. This information is used to process, ship and support your order and for nothing else.

• We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own systems; card numbers never reach our servers.
• We do not sell, rent or share customer information with third parties for marketing.
• Data is shared only with the parties needed to complete your order — our payment processor and the shipping carrier.
• The collection-tracking tools on this site store their data in your own browser. That data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• Email ztradezllc@gmail.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

Terms of Sale

• All prices are in United States dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Listed stock quantities are what is physically on hand. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel and refund in full — we will not substitute or backorder.
• Items marked Coming Soon are not for sale, are not preorders, and no payment is taken for them. Pricing is set when the product is physically in hand.
• Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• We may cancel and refund any order resulting from a pricing or inventory error.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase.
